The SGEDU social media coordinator is responsible for overseeing all social media platforms, post daily content, increase social reach and viewer engagement, develop customer acquisition strategies, track market trends and produce content to take advantage of these trends, use analytics data to produce viral content proposals, engage with customer inquiries through social platforms, provide customer service through social platforms, and provide insight to the SGEDU team to help develop new course ideas based on observations from social media activity.
