This workout program teaches students several strength training exercises and yoga poses with the coaching of a live instructor and easy-to-follow animated demonstrations. Meet with the instructor in multiple sessions for ongoing coaching and regularly added personalized challenges. Each session is 15 minutes long and you can schedule as many sessions as you like all week long. Just reserve the days and times that best suit your child's schedule. Class size may vary.
