Basic Coding in Scratch - Ages 7 to 12
Scratch is a game engine developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is free for anyone to use. It makes coding and game development easy for children. In this class, students will get started with basic code in Scratch all coders must know. Students will create a basic maze game with walls, enemies, and a player character that's controlled by the arrow keys. Creating a maze game is the perfect way to get started in Scratch and learn all the code you need to know to take it to the next level.
Every Tuesday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Starting February 23rd to March 30th.
